Terms of Service

These terms cover buying, licensing and using FinalTech plugins, plans and custom commissions. Each section opens with a plain-language summary; the numbered clauses are what applies.

01Scope and acceptance

In shortUsing the store means you agree to these terms.

  1. 1.1These terms apply to finaltech.com.br, the FinalTech Discord, every paid or free plugin, subscription plans and custom commissions.
  2. 1.2By creating an account, buying or downloading a plugin you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
  3. 1.3If you act on behalf of a server network or company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

02Accounts

In shortOne account per person, and you are responsible for it.

  1. 2.1Use a valid email and keep it current. Receipts, renewal reminders and security notices go there.
  2. 2.2Keep your password private. Activity on your account is treated as yours until you report a problem.
  3. 2.3Tell us on Discord or by email as soon as you suspect unauthorized access. We can lock the account and end its sessions.
  4. 2.4The account is personal: sharing access or selling an account leads to suspension. Anyone under 13 needs the permission of a parent or guardian.

03Licenses and ownership

In shortYou get a license to use the plugins. The code stays ours.

  1. 3.1A lifetime purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license to run the plugin on every server you operate.
  2. 3.2Plan plugins are licensed while the subscription is active, within your plan's server limit.
  3. 3.3You may edit configs, language files and resource packs. You may not resell, share, re-license or publish the jars or their source, modified or not.
  4. 3.4Free plugins follow the license stated on their page.
  5. 3.5A license is a right of use inside this service and has no value outside it.

04Plans and billing

In shortPlans renew automatically until you cancel.

  1. 4.1Plans of 30 days and of a year renew at the end of each period, repeating the length bought, using the payment method on file. An email reminds you 3 days before each period ends.
  2. 4.2Cancel anytime from your Account. Access continues until the paid period ends; after that, downloads and updates of plan plugins pause until you subscribe again. Lifetime purchases are never affected.
  3. 4.3Payments are processed by Mercado Pago, Stripe or PayPal; Mercado Pago charges in BRL at the day's exchange rate. Prices are shown before checkout, with applicable taxes. No card data is stored here.
  4. 4.4Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next renewal.

05Refunds

In shortWithin 14 days, if a plugin does not work and we cannot fix it.

  1. 5.1Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if a plugin does not work on a supported version and support cannot resolve it.
  2. 5.2Open a ticket on Discord, or write to [email protected], with your order code, server version, plugin version and logs.
  3. 5.3After the first 7 days, change-of-mind requests after download, and issues on unsupported versions or platforms, are not refundable.
  4. 5.4Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and revoke the license.

06Acceptable use

In shortUse the plugins fairly and within the game rules.

  1. 6.1Do not crack the jars, bypass or tamper with how downloads are authorized.
  2. 6.2Do not use our plugins to break the terms of Mojang, Microsoft or Hypixel Studios.
  3. 6.3Do not file chargebacks for purchases you received and used. Talk to us first.
  4. 6.4Opening a dispute with the payment provider without talking to support first may suspend your future purchases.
  5. 6.5On the Discord and in support, respect comes first: no toxicity, hate or harassment.
  6. 6.6Buy only from the official store: a license resold or obtained elsewhere has no warranty and no support.
  7. 6.7Violations may end the affected licenses without refund.

07Updates and support

In shortUpdates are included; support covers supported versions.

  1. 7.1Lifetime purchases and active plans include plugin updates at no extra cost.
  2. 7.2Supported game versions and platforms are listed on each plugin page. Compatibility with other plugins is best effort.
  3. 7.3Support runs on the FinalTech Discord. We help with setup and bugs, not with building your server for you.

08Custom commissions

In shortCommissions follow their own agreement.

  1. 8.1Custom plugins are quoted at a fixed price once a scope document is approved.
  2. 8.2The commission terms on the Commission page and the signed scope apply to that project, and take precedence over this page where they differ.

09Warranty and liability

In shortSoftware is provided as is. Back up your worlds.

  1. 9.1Plugins are provided "as is". We test on supported versions but cannot guarantee error-free operation on every setup.
  2. 9.2To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost worlds, data, players or revenue.
  3. 9.3Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

10Changes, termination and contact

In shortWe tell you before the terms change.

  1. 10.1We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on Discord and by email before they take effect.
  2. 10.2The date of the last update is at the top of this page.
  3. 10.3We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account anytime.
