Refund policy

Within 14 days, if a plugin does not work and we cannot fix it.

01When a refund applies

1.1Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if a plugin does not work on a supported version and support cannot resolve it.
1.2Brazilian consumer law (CDC, article 49) gives 7 days to change your mind about any purchase made online. That legal floor sits inside the 14 days above.
1.3After the first 7 days, change-of-mind requests after download, and issues on unsupported versions or platforms, are not refundable.

02How to ask

2.1Ask on the Discord or at [email protected] with the order code. It is on the receipt and in your Account, under Orders.
2.2The team confirms within 48 hours.
2.3The amount goes back through the same payment method; the bank takes up to 7 business days.

03What may be deducted

3.1Days of a plan already used may be deducted proportionally from the amount returned.
3.2Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and revoke the license.
