1 ·What we collect

Account email, display name, the login provider you use, purchase history, and the IP address and technical records of each request. No passwords of other services and no card data. That is the whole list.

2 ·How we use it

To deliver downloads, keep you signed in, answer support tickets, send receipts and billing reminders, and protect the store against fraud. Marketing email only if you opt in, and one click always unsubscribes.

3 ·Legal basis

We process data to fulfil the contract of each purchase, out of legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention, and with your consent for measurement and marketing email.

4 ·Payments

Card and PIX details go directly to Mercado Pago, Stripe or PayPal over their encrypted channels. We only ever see a confirmation token, never a card number.

5 ·Cookies

Essential cookies keep the session, the cart and the language. Measurement, by Google Analytics, only runs after you accept it in the cookie bar. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

6 ·Minors

Anyone under 13 needs a parent or guardian. Between 13 and 17, a purchase needs the consent of whoever holds the payment method.

7 ·Your rights

1. 7.1Export or delete your data anytime from Settings, or by asking on Discord. Deletion removes personal data within 30 days; anonymized sales records remain for tax law.
2. 7.2You may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or withdraw a consent you gave. We answer within 15 days, at [email protected].

8 ·Compliance

This policy follows the LGPD of Brazil and the GDPR of the European Union: the store sells to buyers outside Brazil too.
